Job description
Accounting Specialist , will be responsible for processing contractor and trade payment invoices, payment remittances, company credit card expense maintenance & coding, interpreter inquiries, maintaining vendor 1099 information, international interpreter bank information and ad hoc reporting. Will also train to support the AR team as a backup resource.
Responsibilities
- Interpreter & trade vendor invoices & payments
- Vendor maintenance (add, update), TIN matching - 1099 info audits)
- Vendor inquiries involving invoices and payments - all service lines
- Company credit card expense distribution & coding
- Setup & maintain international interpreter bank template information
- Backup for Accounts Receivable: Cash Application to Customer Accounts
- Backup for Accounts Receivable: Face to Face job completion to billing ready status
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office 2. Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Process and Detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Practical knowledge of accounting software.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central, a plus.
