Accounts Payable Specialist Rosemont

LHH Solutions is a leading HR Solutions firm based in Chicago, Illinois and currently seeking to hire a temp to perm accounts payable specialist in Rosemont, Illinois. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for full-scope accounts payable tasks. Our ideal candidate would have an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or have similar work experience.

Type- full-time, on-site role

Responsibilities:

• Review and match invoices appropriately
• Initial dispense of funds
• Accurately and timely enter invoices
• Update accounts as needed
• Research any discrepancy in invoices and follow up as needed
• Pay invoices
• Reconciliation of cash
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• 2+ or more years of experience in accounts payable preferred

Pay-$43-$55k
