Full Time or Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk Position located in North East Philadelphia, near Grant and Frankford Avenues.

MSBT is seeking a FT or PT Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist our General Treasurer’s Office. If you enjoy helping others, finding solutions, and are ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

FT Hours are 37.50 hours per week w / benefits

PT Hours are about 25 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of AR
Reconciles AR
Help with basic accounting work as needed – and take on additional duties as experience grows

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

2-4+ years related work experience required (Recent college graduates are also welcome to apply)

Non Profit experience is a plus

Coding and Quick Books Experience

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and pay attention to fine detail

Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Must have a valid drivers license

Training, Holidays & Paid Time Off
