Account Payable Coordinator

$26 to $27 / hour

ReConserve, Inc. located in Santa Monica, CA, has over 80 years of experience -- is the largest, most experienced recycler of bakery, cereal grain, snack foods, and related food by-products in the United States. We provide sanitary, efficient removal and recycling services to the food and feed manufacturing industries nationwide.

Required Education and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience;

• High school diploma or GED degree or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reports to: CFO

Accounts Payable Duties:

• Match and review invoices for accuracy, appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment processing--cash discount potential and payment terms
• Respond to vendor and plant inquiries
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Attention to detail and excellent data entry skills are key requirements for success.

Background & employer verification is required.

Vaccinated against COVID.

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
