Eclaro International is currently recruiting for Accounts Payable for one of our financial services clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the global AP team in day-to-day activities and deliverables of the function, encompassing:
  • Be well-versed with the AP/vendor payment policies to ensure adherence across the organization and / incorporate updates to the same as required.
  • Support the invoice processing and vendor setups/ updates
  • Support the accounting activities like cash reconciliations, bank to book, SL to GL reconciliations and preparations of manual/urgent wires
  • Support the tax related process e.g. Work on annual tax documentation (1099/1942) to vendors/ tax related reconciliation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in being an active member in the AP function while driving key activities as mentioned above
  • 5 - 10 years of experience of being hands on and be able to understand the overall process governance at the same time.
  • Experience of working on Accounts Payable ERP is a must and experience of working on People Soft will be an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
