Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable/ Collections Specialist to provide full support to company located in the City of Industry, CA.

Duties:

Responsible for collection efforts. Initiating collection calls, resolving collection issues.

• Responsible for accounts receivable collections, reconciliation of customer accounts, and monitoring and resolving customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Resolve disputes and price discrepancies.
• Run and monitor the account receivable aging report, missing purchase order report.
• Code and post all receipts to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Perform month-end close activities, including reviews of cash posting to match the cash report and run month-end reports.
• Perform other assigned task and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.

Background Profile:

• 3+ years Collections, Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong computer skills, Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Negotiation skills

Pay: $25.00 Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
