Description & Qualifications:

Growing broadcast media company is searching for 2-Accounting Assistants to be responsible for assisting with the company’s Accounts receivable activities or providing support services to our stations and their advertisers. Candidate will work in the accounting department performing data entry, record keeping, accounts receivable and customer service. A minimum one year of experience in A/R or general accounting role is required with college course work in accounting a plus. Candidate must have both excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure that no mistakes are made in calculating the company’s financial dealings. Candidate must be highly motivated and detail-oriented, as well as efficient and hardworking to keep up with various financial deadlines. He or she must have the adequate computer skills to use company preferred accounting software and methods. One of the positions will be primarily dealing with customers. The ability to work together with other members of the team is critical. Work environment will be shared with several other accounting department staff.

Terms of Employment: This is a full-time position during regular business hours with possible required overtime during critical projects.
