Immediate need for experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a logistics company head-quartered in Peachtree Corners. This position will complete a variety of tasks including billing, receivables, adjustments and light B2B collections
$40,000 - $48,000

Job Duties
- Weekly manual billing including uploading to customer portals
- Invoice corrections and bad debt adjustments as needed
- Adjustments and corrections of billing information
- Maintain receivables and collections of customer accounts and cash maintenance
- Weekly reporting to AR Manager regarding aging and issues
- Researching accounts to determine proper processing of unapplied cash, short/overpayments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years accounts receivable including invoicing and collections
