We are seeking a motivated individual who is looking to support our internal teams and customers related to ACH entry policies. As a temporary ACH advocate, you will be responsible for communication with customers as it relates to their billing setup, these responsibilities include:
We are seeking a motivated individual who is looking to support our internal teams and customers related to ACH entry policies. As a temporary ACH advocate, you will be responsible for communication with customers as it relates to their billing setup, these responsibilities include:
- Researching ACH success status for assigned accounts
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Transfer live calls for customers requesting additional assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure billing setup is complete
- Enter customer information into the insurance carrier system
- Fully Remote
- Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Contract position
- Equipment provided
- At least 1 year in a customer service environment
- Understanding of common computer systems and programs
- “Can-do” attitude with a growing desire to contribute to an energetic work culture
- Strong communication skills both via phone and email
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
