The Colonnade at Northdale is an upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Tampa, Florida. Our community offers a unique assisted living experiences, exquisite cuisine prepared daily by the chef, a wide variety of zestful activities and personalized heartful care from our compassionate and respectful staff.

We are seeking an Activities Assistant that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

In the role of an Activities Assistant, the incumbent will be responsible for successfully executing the tasks of being responsible and accountable for the organization, planning, development of all programming, and regular activities that are fun and exciting to our residents. These activities will be helpful in maintaining physical conditioning and overall health, improving appetite, and inspiring new friendships, as well as all other duties assigned.

Sunday-Thursday

9:30am-5:30pm

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
