Columbia County Health System is looking for a multi-faceted individual that has the experience, flexibility, and ability to provide support in the intake and care of patients to our Acute Care/ED department.

What You Will Own in this Position

• Coordinating the daily flow of the Acute Care/Emergency Department
• Performing patient care activities as directed, including, but not limited to hygiene, activities of daily living, vital signs, and nutritional support
• Communicating with the Supervisor RN to ensure the units operate with high efficiency
• Receiving and directing incoming calls to the unit
• Recording patient medical information in EHR
• Clerical tasks such as filing patient records, keeping up to date charts, registering patients, and assisting patients with signing documents

About Your Team
This Acute Care team works around the clock in 12 hours shifts, to establish excellent patient care. They continually strive to learn and grow in their practice. This Team is excited to show you what they have learned and eager to listen to what you may teach them. They encourage questions and hands-on learning and want you to know there is a place for you with them.

To Be Successful

Your high school diploma is required. Having work experience in an ER is a plus! This position will require you to have a valid Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license. Show us any additional certifications or leadership roles you have held!
