Junior Administrative Assistant.LTM is seeking a candidate to provide support services for FRC -ASE
Duties include
Provide daily communications to the Director regarding command functions.
Manage and track travel, meetings, and conferences within the command.
Examine documents, checking for errors; enter information into government database.
Consolidate monthly manning reports as well as weekly activity reports.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain contact lists.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Book travel arrangements.
Research and create presentations.
Handle multiple projects.
Education and expierence requirement: BA/BS and 3 years experience or, Associates Degree and 4 year or, HS and 10 years experience.
