We are looking for an admin assistant / operations generalist with experience managing onsite and remote operations working in a professional business environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience working as an admin assistant / operations generalist
• Experience working as an executive assistant
• Ability to oversee and managing onsite and remote teams
• Experience developing and enforcing operational procedures
• Experience supporting HR with applicant screening, employee onboarding, and employee management
• Experience contributing to special projects, sales and marketing activities, and other areas of business
• A self-starter and organized individual with the ability to work without supervision
• Must have contributed to growth of a successful organization
• Understanding of modern digital technologies and software industry will be a plus

Additional Details

This is a direct-hire position for candidates based in New Jersey. We are looking for candidates that can work at least 25-30 hours each week. We are open to full-time candidates with additional operations / marketing skills. Position offers competitive salary and benefits.
