Effectively Manage branch test and inspection activities to provide world class service
Schedule testing and inspection based upon customer production forecast and customer needs.
manage technician preparation and budget of inspection activities., track technician performance , manage technician time for service managers final approval
supports service manager with onboarding new customers ,provides high level of communication with customers
reviews completed inspection and prepares invoices and complies with portal billing needs
cross coordinate technicians schedules with service coordinator
ensures and safeguards a world class customer experience
Must be able to adapt to changing service schedules to accommodate customer needs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
