Admin House Supervisor Registered Nurse - Full-time Night Shift 7P - 7A

The Admin House Supervisor RN facilitates timely and safe patient flow and provides off-shift management and operational oversight of the hospital and ensures the provision of safe, quality patient care.

  • Serves as Administrator-In-House after hours, weekends and holidays

  • Assists in the provision of supplemental nursing staff to in-patient and other areas and transition of care using established criteria and in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team

  • Works with hospital departments to ensure appropriate and timely patient placement

  • Assists staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment

  • Responds to emergencies on the campus

Qualifications


What you need to be successful:

  • BSN required

  • Texas RN license or compact license is accepted

  • Current BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required

  • Must have at least two (2) year RN experience in an acute care hospital, preferably in the ICU or ED

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
