PSL Services/STRIVE provides a community of support and assistance to people with Intellectual disabilities or mental health diagnosis who experience challenges seeking greater independence by: respecting the value of each individual, initiating mutually beneficial, sustainable partnerships with business and community leaders, and creating innovative opportunities responsive to the evolving needs of individuals and families.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Program Leader/STRIVE Night & Tweens Team Lead. This position will be responsible for creating and updating all participant files for all Community Support and Home Support Programs. The person in the role will also be a floater staff for community and home support programs. Additionally, this position will work closely with the STRIVE Program and Events Coordinator to plan, facilitate and participate in the Tweens and STRIVE Night programs.

This is a full-time position, Mondays-Thursdays 9-5:00 and Fridays 1-9:00 pm. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required for this position, and we provide all of the necessary training. We are seeking a flexible candidate who is eager to learn. We are offering a $1,750 sign-on bonus for the successful applicant and $250 additionally if already DSP certified!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Experience working directly with people with intellectual disabilities

· Strong organizational skills, professional attitude, and the ability to work with a variety of people, including both clients and family members.

· Self-motivated and a strong attention to detail

· High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.58 per hour
