ADMIN SUPPORT 2- Upson County Counseling Center

Shift: 8AM-5PM

Description:

Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of micro-soft word and excel is required, knowledge of completing reports in a timely manner, complete admission paperwork as well as scanning charts daily on all individuals. Monitor/ review all information that's received from BHL web board on potential admissions.

Must be able to multi- task all front office duties.

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Database

Drug Screen

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years

TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
