JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for various administrative duties to support the Operations department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (These are core competencies required for the position)
- Assists department and management with various reports, administrative needs & phone coverage
- Electronic scanning, indexing & maintaining of company documents
- Organize, prepare & maintain information as necessary for department
- Prepare letters, memoranda and other documents as requested
- Order various office supplies for the department as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & KEY COMPETENCIES:
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Demonstrated proficiency of Windows-based software, including Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in detailed work processes and quality output
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative
Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing to all levels of people inside and outside the organization
- Strong general office and organizational skills
- Understand and maintain confidential nature of customer, organization and employee information
- Reliable, positive attitude, willing to learn, adaptable to change
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
