Administration Supervisor
This is a current vacancy with an immediate need to fill
Starting Annual Salary is $35,967
The Administration Supervisor provides high-level administrative support by handling all financial transactions, reviewing documents/applications for completeness and accuracy, preparing correspondence for funeral directors, record retention for all programs in Community Wellness, Service Request Forms and processing various invoices. The Administration Supervisor performs clerical functions and administrative support for the Deputy Health Officer, Medical Director and Maternal Child Health Manager by screening phone calls, scheduling meetings and greeting visitors and may also train and supervise lower-level clerical support staff.
Tasks will include:
- Resolve complaints from the public and answer questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.
- Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.
- Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided.
- Compile and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Four years of full-time paid administrative or clerical experience
