Job description
Duties include greeting visitors, answering the telephone, responding to calls and emails with departmental information and directing inquiries; preparing and reviewing a variety of documents, reports, spreadsheets and forms; completing animal adoption and outcome paperwork, collecting fees and keeping financial records; filing; and other general clerical duties. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of general clerical experience are required. Must have a high level of proficiency using computers, entering data and using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. All applicants will be subject to a criminal history check. A conviction for Class B misdemeanor and above is disqualifying.
PAY GRADE GG10 / FULL PAY RANGE $16.99 - $23.95 PER HOUR
