We have several openings for legal support staff in our Orange County office as noted further below. Administrative Assistant (1+ year)
- Effectively and diplomatically interact with attorneys and staff across all offices.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to: drafting and typing routine correspondence and miscellaneous forms/documents, creation/editing of PowerPoint presentations, preparing and submitting attorney expense reports and Firm invoices via the Chrome River application.
- Candidate should be well organized, able to self-direct and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Organize and maintain file system; file correspondence, ensure proper indexing and filing of legal documents and other records in office filing system. Opens and closes files according to the Firm’s procedures.
- Facilitate the printing, copying, scanning and distribution of documents in coordination with other Firm resources.
- Should be reliable and punctual, have a positive attitude and superior communication skills.
- FileSite/iManage experience is a Plus.
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
