Responsibilities:

• Training will be provided for below responsibilities

• Basic Chromebook Troubleshooting & Diagnosis
• Arranging and packing Chromebooks for shipping to the repair depot. Calling and scheduling pickup will be required
• Keeping accurate Chromebooks records in our asset tracking system
• Enrollment, assignment, and deployment of Chromebooks
• Collecting and documenting payments for lost/borrowed Chromebooks and chargers

Qualifications:

• An aptitude and passion for technology
• An intermediate skillset with Excel
• Able to communicate with staff members on a professional level
• Able to communicate with students, in and out of the classroom
• A passion and curiosity for problem-solving and learning
