Job description
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to assist in daily office needs under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks such as filling, scanning and organizing
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Maintain confidential records and files
Enter data efficiently, timely and accurately in ordre to meet deadlines
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
Communicates professionally verbally and in writing
Answers emails and returns phone calls in a timely manner
Knowledgeable about company policies and procedures and able to clearly communicate these effectively
Ability to manage multiple tasks with firm deadlines simultaneously
Must be able to work in a team environment
Any other duties as assigned
