Job description
This is a contract-to-hire position at a leading non-profit organization located in Elmsford, NY.
The position offers an hourly pay rate of $22/hr. Hours are M-F 9am-5pm.
This position is fully in-house, NO remote work option.
Essential Job Functions
- Providing administrative assistance and support to the assigned organizational staff
- Preparing various reports based on operational assignment
- Composing and editing internal and external correspondence and documents
- Maintaining organizational databases by updating them with necessary information and be able to run reports from those databases
- Preparing processing, and maintaining various records and reports
- Responding to routine inquiries via in-person or by phone/electronically
- Coordinating appointments, meetings and conference rooms, including working with internal and external constituents as necessary
- Performing routine office administrative functions such as typing, filing, copying, ordering office supplies, and answering phones
