Administrative Assistant Receptionist
Job description
Our Schaumburg Illinois location is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This position’s essential functions:
- Excellent written and oral communication with employees, customers, vendors, etc. by a variety of methods in a positive, energetic, and consistent professional manner.
- Assist in a variety of accounting tasks, such as billing, payroll, account payables, etc.
- Act as a switchboard operator for the plant’s phone system, including answering and forwarding appropriate messages via email or voice mail system, cell phone, pagers, etc. to a variety of plant personnel.
- Assist with daily HR tasks as needed
Skills such as data entry, experience with accounting and payroll systems, and a functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. Must be able to work in a fast paced, and comfortable in a manufacturing environment.

Must be able to pass drug screen and provide a criminal background report for consideration. Completion of High School with a diploma or GED is required as well.
