Job Responsibilities

• Pull client Excel Reports and track orders on Excel
• Categorize incoming emails based on task
• Answer questions related to reports
• Research cases to determine if errors were made
• Process queue requests and manage requests from clients
• Review paperwork for errors and make necessary annotations
• Provide solutions and help solve problems following applicable regulations
• Organize client files within the companies database
• Scan, fax, file, copy, and email

Requirements

• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Office support experience
• Strong Organizational skills
• Detail Oriented
• Some College preferred
