We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator for our family owned businesses servicing 4 counties in the Buffalo area. We pride ourselves on our great company culture and our long term staff.

JOB SUMMARY: This position’s primary responsibility is to ensure that there is proper handling of all companies/properties, along with general office duties. Customer service and logistics experience and knowledge beneficial.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (machine use, interpersonal skills, and physical aspects of the job)

Strong typing ability and accuracy

Good computer knowledge

Demonstrate at least an intermediate skill level in Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills; Ability to answer phones and greet others in a friendly, courteous manner;

Strong attention to detail

Strong basic math skills

QuickBooks experience

Good knowledge of surrounding geographic area;

High School diploma or GED; previous office experience of minimum 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
