MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field and four or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience involving making decisions and providing issues analyses and recommendations or a related area, including three or more years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Licensing Requirements:Valid State of Georgia Driver's License

This is the third level within a three-level administrative professional classification series. Administrative Coordinator III is distinguished from Administrative Coordinator II in that the former coordinates and supervises a wide range of administrative functions in addition to supervising professional and administrative support staff, whereas the latter coordinates a wide range of administrative functions and provides lead direction to and supervises administrative support and clinical staff as required.
Oversees a wide range of administrative functions that support the assigned Court. Works to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of court practices, policies, and procedures that impact court clients, court staff, and the legal community. Designs, collects, and analyzes complex qualitative data. Processes documents and reports associated with overall operations and provides reports on such information as requested.
Maintains an accurate record of all correspondence and documents. Prepares and distributes various reports and forms of correspondence. Conducts research and compiles information. Addresses inquiries from other departments and the general public. Analyzes high-visibility and complex issues affecting assigned functions, provides advice and recommendations, and makes independent judgment decisions to facilitate resolution.
Represents assigned department in meetings, hearings, presentations, and on committees. Works collaboratively with judges and justice partners. Receives, maintains, updates and verifies information for required reporting.
Supervises assigned staff, including establishing workloads, prioritizing work assignments, evaluating performance, interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures, resolving issues, and administering disciplinary action as required.
Reviews and approves a variety of administrative actions and transactions. Interprets and enforces personnel, administrative, and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Develops and manages special projects, initiatives, and major studies. Facilitates workflow and the efficient use of time and effort by establishing processes, guidelines, and rules related to the program or process in coordination with the supervisor.
Remains competent and current by attending professional development courses, software training classes, and attending training/or courses as directed by the supervisor. Help to ensure the overall success of the department by performing all other duties as assigned.
