The Sinai Temple Mental Health Center seeks a qualified candidate to fill a part-time position for Administrative Support to work remotely under the supervision of the Director of the Mental Health Center.

Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, including flexibility, time management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Enjoys collaboration with other team members
• Can employ creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Can respond to people with sensitivity and empathy
• Use of personal computer and reliable internet access
• College graduate and/or previous relevant work experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Outreach Efforts to Sinai Temple members in Mourning
• Create and Maintain Data Base on Community Providers of Mental Health Services
• Maintain Information on inquiries for Mental Health Support from outside the ST membership
• Assist in the planning and coordination of staff mental health experiences
• Assist in the planning and coordination of general community mental health programming
• Assist in the implementation of new support groups for ST members
• Additional tasks as needed for the smooth operation of the Mental Health Center

Compensation:

$20 – $22/hour based on qualifications; approximately 5 hours/week

$5,200 – $5,720 a year

Ability to increase hours and responsibilities
