ACRS seeks a full-time Administrator Network, and Security in our IT department to provide technical and administrative support for development and maintenance of all agency computer systems, applications, security, and network configuration, in addition to troubleshooting network performance issues, and creating and maintaining a disaster recovery plan. Develop and maintain security policy.

***Schedule: Mon Fri, no weekend work!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provides network support which includes: setup and maintain networks (firewalls, VPN, routers, switches, access points) for all ACRS offices and other partners sites. Monitor networks activities and implement security best practices across systems such as physical/virtual servers, VOIP phones, SAN/NAS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 systems (Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive). Respond and mitigate to security vulnerabilities/threats and incidents. Granting access to users; creating user groups; managing shared resources; installing peripherals.
  • Works with compliance team to develop/maintain information security policies/procedures. Runs attack simulations. Performs security assessments for systems and networks.
  • Monitors/maintains backups. Test systems backup and perform recovery drills. Updates disaster recovery plan. Creates/updates systems documentation.
  • Deploys new software, patches, computers, and mobile devices.
  • Provides applications training to users. Creates/updates systems documentation. Helps maintain IT inventory systems.
  • Provides tier II technical support for IT related issues. Works with vendors and other team members to resolve IT related issues.
  • Helps with software/hardware upgrades including rollout patches and hardware refresh.
  • Maintains up-to-date expertise in information security to help protect ACRS networks and systems.
  • Attends all agency, program and team meetings, in-service trainings, and supervision.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by management.
