Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing
- correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Managing the Chief Development Officer’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters and providing reminders
- Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Organizing meetings, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist your supervisor in additional responsibilities as needed
- Scheduling flights, Airbnbs, car rentals for all staff
- Communicating with other industry professionals
- Communicating information to and on behalf of our Chief Development Officer
- Collecting and making payments on behalf of our Chief Development Officer

Full-time commitments only, schedule 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Monday - Friday
