Position Summary

Night Shift Admissions Coordinator

Shift: 4pm-12am, Monday - Friday

Job Descriptions:

An Admission coordinator is responsible to taking prospective client through the admissions process from start to finish. An Admissions Coordinator has a full understanding of health insurance and clinical criteria need to admit prospective patients.

Position Qualifications:

- Answer questions for prospective client regarding substance abuse treatment.

- Have a full understanding of health insurance and being able to verbalize with prospective clients.

- Understanding of Saleforce preferable.

- Ability to work in a high pace environment and have strong communication skills.

- Familiarity with clinical criteria and ability to complete pre-screening assessments in a timely manner.

Experience:

- At least 1 year of experience working as an admission coordinator.

-Sales background and understanding of the behavioral health field.

Salary: $35,000 - $50,000
