SOLUTE, Inc., a Sigma Defense Systems company, is seeking an experienced Navy Veteran who has been a Combat Systems Officer of the Watch (CSOOW) on an AEGIS ship to serve as Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Casualty Control Trainer and Analyst to conduct ship training and assessments for Afloat Training Group Pacific.

The role includes operating as part of a training team or augmenting uniformed Navy training teams in the conduct of various shipboard training and assessment events that support ship BMD certification process throughout the Pacific AOR. Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience with restoration procedures for Combat Systems casualties.
• Experience evaluating training team casualty control procedures.
• Knowledge of AEGIS Combat Systems casualty control procedures.
• Knowledge of BMD technical systems with an emphasis on Tactical Data Link casualties that occur on BMD ships.
• Knowledge of BMD Tactics, Technical Systems, and Instructions, including COMNAVSURFORINST 8820.2 series requirements and Tactical memorandums.
• Knowledge of the AEGIS Combat Systems; its components and instructions.
• Knowledge of BMD Command and Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of Surface Navy Experience as a qualified Combat System Officer of the Watch.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
