• Position Summary
• Brillio is looking to employ a passionate, enthusiastic, and consulting focused candidate. This member is responsible for working directly with customers and prospects.

• Responsibilities
• To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance.

• Hands-on and implement the solutions along with a high technically focused team to provide
• technical expertise in the Design and planning of solutions.
• Build solutions on top of the AEM Sites and Assets.
• Transfers and ensures business requirements into technical specs and provides.

• Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM core platform, and
• integrate with other systems.
• Define implementation processes, and best practices.
• Handle the Demos and POCs for clients.
• Provide technical guidance to team and mentor the technical focused team.
• Review Code and ensure code quality, readability and security.
• Hands-on contribution as part of the team and lead the day-to-day technical activities bringing.

• Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators and BAs to build AEM
• solutions.
• Provide solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of overall.

• Provide the leadership and direction to team by leading the projects in the Agile model taking.

• Requirements
• Must: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined
• with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Must: Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components,
• touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development
• Must: Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and
• components
• Must: Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration,
• Clustering
• Must: Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Management
• system experience
• Must: Expertise with core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting
• languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful.
• implementations
• Preferred: Expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM
• platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.
• Must: Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet
• based database applications.
• Preferred: Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant "Java
• CMS" frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and
• JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and
• Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
• Preferred: Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like
• Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.
• Preferred: Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM

• Overall experience of 6 - 10 years with 5 years of AEM experience
