Tribute is a growing private home care company that offers people who need assistance in the home what they want above all else: consistently great caregivers and great service. We do this by hiring only those caregivers who can build real connections with their clients and by offering them the community of support and recognition they deserve.


Tribute is looking for a customer-service focused, organized and creative problem solver to offer exceptional customer service after hours.


In this role, you will respond warmly, urgently and professionally to calls from Caregiver Associates, current clients and their representatives, potential clients inquiring about Tribute's service, and professionals calling about a client or potential client. You will calmly and professionally handle any inquiry or issue that arises, while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.


This is a part-time work from home/remote position. We are looking for someone for Sunday nights from 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST. This position will be paid hourly, and offer $14.25 an hour for Sunday nights.

Preference will be given to individuals that can regularly work this shift and also be flexible in picking up extra night and weekend shifts depending on coverage needs. (Additional shifts include Monday - Friday from 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST, Saturday from 8:30AM EST - 5:00PM EST and 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST, and Sunday from 8:30AM EST - 5:00PM EST)


Busy times are 5:00PM-9:00PM and 5:30AM-8:30AM, and although you have to remain available, you can usually expect to sleep uninterrupted during the overnight hours.


The ideal candidate will bring the following
:

  • 1 year of administrative experience in health care, elder care or human services
  • Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Calm demeanor and patience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
