General Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Adjuvant and Surfactant Sales Manager position is responsible to develop and maintain sales growth and all aspects
of managing existing and new accounts and growing assigned sales territory. This position sells the company’s products
and services using technical, organizational, and customer relations resulting in revenue generation.
Key Skills and Abilities Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural field preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in the adjuvant/surfactant industry
- 3 or more years of experience in the crop protection business, extensive knowledge of the industry
- Experience with sprayer technologies- spray tips/sprayer speed ranges, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel, 75% overnight travel required
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:
- Responsible to develop, overseeing, and executing accurate sales and expense budgets
- Develop and oversee the execution of the sales and marketing plan
- Responsible to grow the sales volume
- Responsible to call on selected Nachurs customers, Ag retailers, and large farmers
- Participate in the annual budgeting process
- Responsible for the operation of terminals, including inventory management
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $98,800.00 - $138,300. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
