Bluehawk is seeking a mid-Level All Source Underground Facility Analysts to perform work in Reston, VA.

Conducts all-source analysis of hardened and deeply buried targets (HDBTs), subterranean environments and related foreign underground facility programs at the Underground Facilities Analysis Center (UFAC). Performs regular maintenance of military intelligence databases, research, and author's analytic products intelligence customers, supports reverse engineering efforts and characterization assessments, and maintains currency in assigned HDBT-specific subject areas and general knowledge of assigned target country. The objective of the analytical requirement is to conduct all-source analysis regarding HDBTs, create, review, update and maintain HDBT related databases utilizing the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB), research, produce, and disseminate intelligence products and/or briefs in accordance with DIA tradecraft guidelines and Underground Facilities Analysis Center (UFAC) related standard operating procedures (SOPs). The contractor also be required to produce and/or co-author finished all-source analytical and foundational intelligence product in coordination with various intelligence community agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as an All-Source Analyst who monitors and provides expertise regarding specific countries within the Area of Responsibility/Area of Interest (AOR/AOI) HDBT(s)
  • Demonstrates ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
  • Researches, analyzes, and produces near- and long-term all source assessments on political and military, or multi-discipline HDBT related intelligence issues in response to customer priority intelligence requirements
  • Prepares timely written and oral assessments developed through classified research of theater and national level resources, including data bases to include and not limited to open-source information
  • Prepares specialized military HDBT related assessments and briefings in support of a wide range of operations and plans
  • Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy matrices and / or web-enabled formats.
  • Prepares specialized analytical products including database record creation, technical reports, and briefings
  • Develop all-source collection and collection management strategies to address intelligence gaps, create collection postures, and assess collection efforts efficiently
  • Plan, prepare, coordinate, validate, manage, and route ad-hoc and time sensitive products across IC disciplines

Qualifications

  • 4 years All Source intelligence analysis or intelligence or specialized training
  • 3 to 10 years of imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level (required)
  • Knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities
  • Expertise utilizing Remote View
  • Expertise utilizing Cedalion
  • Comprehensive knowledge utilizing, creating, updating, and maintaining Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) records (required)
  • Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
  • Experience collaborating/coordinating intelligence assessments with agencies across the IC (DIA, NGA, NSA, and CIA)
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience evaluating and providing feedback for All-Source intelligence products
  • Familiarity with DIA analytical product templates and established tradecraft to produce formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
  • Experience with briefing senior decision makers
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Demonstrates understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors / platforms and human intelligence sources
  • Proficient in basic office environment tools (Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer or Mozilla
  • TS/SCI Req with CI Poly (or able to obtain and maintain)

Desired Experience:

  • Targeting experience (desired)
  • Attended a certified imagery schoolhouse or the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program (highly desired)
  • Highly proficient writing skills which conform to DIA/DNI standards for intelligence reporting
  • Experience with intelligence collection/collection management

Desired Education: BA or BS degree (preferred)
