We are a multifamily real estate investment group based in Los Angeles, CA. We have acquired over 14K multifamily units in high-growth markets across the US. We have the funding to expand our proven business model and have an aggressive strategy to grow our new development portfolio.
We are seeking an Analyst to join the team in Los Angeles, CA, who is passionate for delivering results and making an impact. As an Analyst, you will work on the investment team and will be responsible for underwriting, performing due diligence, and will assist in closing new investments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and run financial models and market studies on potential acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Provide support in modeling and analyzing financial data regarding refinancing, acquisitions and/or disposition of investments.
- Produce sophisticated analyses for tracking and reviewing returns on performance on the asset and fund levels.
- Perform various analyses to assist in making investment decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING
- BS/BA with extremely strong academic achievement
- 0 to 2 years of multifamily real estate experience
- Extremely quantitative skills and understanding of real estate finance (IRR, NPV, scenario/sensitivity analyses)
- Excellent writing skills as the position will require submitting investment committee memorandums
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a very fast paced and tech-oriented environment
- Extremely computer literate (independent Excel modeler)
