AAA is hiring for a Web Analytics Analyst to join our team! This position provides web site analytics data and financial analysis along with robust metrics support to all areas of the Digital business line. This role tracks, measures, monitors, and reports all key performance indicators and provides ongoing data modeling and detailed analysis to uncover trends, issues and opportunities with a focus on improving user experience and increasing online lead generation and transactions.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Analytics, have advanced Excel skills, and will have the ability to understand and identify data issues.

The primary responsibilities are:
- Works in concert with key members from the Digital business line to help formulate the data analysis strategy and all supporting tactics.
- Creates and implements data tracking and reporting processes that support business critical online initiatives including all financials and web site statistics for Digital on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Makes recommendations for ongoing improvement of online user experience (UX) and transaction growth based on data modeling and trend analysis.
- Participates in special projects as required, utilizing financial analysis, transactional data, communication acquisition data, and processes/procedural skills to support business initiatives.
- Handles all Club reporting along with Adobe Analytics (aka Omniture or SiteCatalyst) reporting for web statistics/metrics.
- Monitors, analyzes, and interprets online financial and transactional data in addition to extensive analysis and reporting of website traffic, email campaigns and survey analysis for both internal and external uses (i.e. National)
- Executes moderately complex analyses of data; explains and displays analysis in simple terms for broad understanding. The expected analyses will require extraction, transformation, and analysis of raw data for inclusion in reports.
- Uses various web technologies/tools, such as Microsoft Clarity, PowerBI, Qualtrics, Coveo, and Adobe-Analytics to identify where issues or problems arise within monitored online workflows and make recommendations accordingly.
- Create various “dashboard” type reports and scorecards that can be viewed and delivered frequently. This will include but not be limited to web site profitability, web site performance metrics, qualitative analysis, and reporting of various member/non-member surveys performed on the web.
- Serves as a resource and liaison with other corporate support departments and with National, with focus on website performance, data tracking, modeling and reporting.
- Provides accurate tracking of all online acquisition and transactional-based projects by ensuring collaborative cross-departmental coordination. Takes responsibility and accountability for validating online reporting and tracking data quality and consistency; and is accountable for valid and reliable analyses.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of all results for Digital at both the Club level and the National level.
- Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests. Develops programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 4-5+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years of direct interaction with key back office reporting systems, such as Adobe-Analytics (aka Omniture or SiteCatalyst), PowerBI, MS Clarity, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, MS Excel, MS Word and reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge of skills, principles, and practices of accounting, financial analysis, managerial analysis, and presentations.
- Ability to communicate complex scenarios in an understandable manner by developing programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
- Ability to translate multi-faceted business needs into achievable data analysis strategies and tactics.
- Ability to perform moderately complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests. Strong command of website analytic principles, practices, and tools.
- Experience in applied statistics, including regression, and value-added analysis.
- Proven ability to create complex data analyses, interpret complex data, present trends and patterns, and make recommendations to support decision-making and achieve business goals and objectives.
- Proficient PC and Internet skills required including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and, Internet, MS Clarity, PowerBI, Adobe-Analytics and dynamic charting.
- Ability to manipulate, synthesizes, and transforms data from a variety of sources
- Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data.
- Experience using advanced spreadsheets functions to conduct trend analyses.
- Ability to understand the strengths, weaknesses, and limitation of given datasets or metrics.
- Ability to create and present data in various graphical formats.
