Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is a 120-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Tacoma, Washington. We are Department of Health and Joint Commission accredited. We are an acute care psychiatric hospital providing care to both voluntary and involuntary patients.

We are hiring full time AP & Accounting Assistant
Position information:
This position will be responsible for AP and accounting processes for Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital. The position will assist with month-end close directed by the senior accountant; processing accounts payable; validation of purchase cards; create budget reports as directed by senior accountant or CFO; special accounting projects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with ensuring all payroll transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Processing Accounts Payable.
- Create budget reports.
- Assist with month-end close.
- Validation of purchase cards.
- Special accounting projects.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Payroll reporting
Wellfound is located on the beautiful South Puget Sound in Washington. We are an hour drive away from the beautiful Cascade Mountain range, and Mount Rainier. We offer competitive pay and benefits:
- Hourly: $25-$37 depending on experience

What We Require:
Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required. Bachelors preferred
