Growing and dynamic team is looking for a solutions oriented AP supervisor who enjoys process improvement streamlining. Ideal candidates will have a well-rounded understanding of functions in AP and supervisory experience.
Role offers: Hybrid work environment, tuition reimbursment, LTIP
Responsibilities:
Overseeing 5 AP specialists- Automation of several reports, process improvements
- Oversees organization's cash flow and invoice payment schedules following the prescribed Procurement Policy terms and conditions
- Establishes and prepares staff working schedules to maintain accurate and timely disbursement activities
- Understands account reconciliations, month/year end close, year-end audit PBCs, vendor address book
- Processes and reviews various accounts payable reports and puts in place improvements in processes as data warrants
Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience, specific management experience- Well-rounded AP experience with large company
- Automation of reports and processes with AP
- Disbursements, 1099's, month end close, and AP audits
- Systems - major ERP systems and advanced Excel
