This position is in Newington, N.H. and reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong background in SharePoint and Power Platform development. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and deploying web applications, power apps, power automate workflows in SharePoint Online and Azure Cloud.

Position Overview

SharePoint Online:

  • Develop technical solutions for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions using customization and configuration techniques, including use of Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Working with internal customers and vendors in design, development, administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online based business solutions
  • Design and maintain a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution in SharePoint Online, which will include classification taxonomy and metadata, and an Amazon.com like portal for easy searchability
  • Assist with end-user requests and problems, including permission changes, adding fields, tweaking workflows, and updating automation
  • Develop solutions that comply with company policies and SharePoint Online best practices
  • Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing team training as required
  • Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint Online architecture and solutions

Power Platform:

  • Provides hands-on technical expertise to design, implement and maintain Power Platform based solutions satisfying internal customer requirements
  • Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low code applications
  • Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
  • Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent) with SharePoint Online and mobile platforms
  • Utilize Power BI to build interactive dashboards and reports
  • Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications
  • Create and maintain documentation for Power Platform architecture and solutions

General: Daily management

  • Partner with the company’s MSPs to provide infrastructure support and monthly performance reporting for the company’s network, servers, backup systems, network services and data centers.
  • Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks to maximize efficiency and avoid failures due to human error
  • Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements
  • Perform and document audit activities to record security compliance with NIST, ISO, and CMMC standards
  • Document and maintain all procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
  • 3 years’ experience as SharePoint or Power Platform developer
  • Good understanding of process analysis, process flow and business process automation
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for technology and an ability to learn quickly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills are required
