Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking an Application Engineer on a remote basis.

Description:
Works closely with the Support & Service Manager – Americas (Application Engineering Supervisor) to meet customer needs. Provide comprehensive, professional application & support services to CABINET VISION’s existing & prospective customers and resellers. Responsible for the implementation of the various training, integration, and customization functions made available to CABINET VISION end-users in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Major:
  • Provide Technical Support services - 75%
  • Provide Technical Expertise – 25%
    • Online and/or Onsite training
    • Online and/or Onsite Machine integration
      • Post modifications
    • Consulting services- customer introduction and follow-up calls.
• Secondary:
  • Pre-Sales Support/Services
  • Custom programming; creating and modifying custom reports, UCS and catalogues/libraries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; BA preferred
• MS Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Possess advanced technical and software skills of product lines supported, (CV, S2M)
• Takes the initiative to provide excellent customer service.
