Job description
Responsible for the coordination of activities and resources for all hospital financial or clinical applications.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all hospital financial or clinical applications.
- Responsible for coordinating design, build, testing, implementation, training, upgrades, support, and overall system management of all NSH financial or clinical applications.
- Maintain a user issues log and conduct regular and thorough follow-up with interested parties.
- Maintain up-to-date financial or clinical application databases.
- Complete work order and invoice processing in a timely manner.
- Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Immediately reports and mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to the director.

REQUIRED
- B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field OR five (5) years equivalent job experience.
- Three (3) years prior management or project management experience in a healthcare environment, healthcare systems consulting, or healthcare systems vendor setting.
License/Certification Requirements: No
Work Hours: 8a-4:30p
Weekend Requirements: No
