Our company specializes in creating heirloom quality portraits in South Carolina for over 50 years. The studio's first impression is one of the most critical steps in our clients’ experience with our studio. We are currently seeking two part-time target-driven booking specialists to join our energetic team at our studio. We are a professional and close-knit family oriented group that supports one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing white glove luxury experience start to finish.
- Part-Time
- Hours: 28-32 hours per week
- Hourly Pay: $15 per hour starting plus potential monthly team bonuses.
Our engaging, high energy booking specialists are the voice of our luxury brand, providing an incredible first impression that focuses on building relationships with our clients and their families over the phone. The ability to verbally engage with our clients, make them feel important and paint a visual picture of the experience and product is key.
Your role:
- Outbound calls to potential clients (no cold calling) from script
- Convey our brand and build rapport by scheduling appointments using our industry specific software
- Meet daily and weekly specific targets for calls and bookings
- Ability to navigate between multiple platforms to enter client information, indicate progress on the list of leads, communicate with clients over email/text/phone is required. Multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must.
- Be an incredible team player with an energetic, positive attitude
