Job description
Apprentices are responsible for assisting foreman in the installing, connecting, altering,
repairing, and adding to fire protection systems.
Apprentices may be required to work at job sites where it would be necessary to stay overnight
out of town until a job is completed.
Required physical activities include but is not limited to:
1) All lifting, climbing, bending, pulling and pushing necessary for the installation of fire
protection systems as designed
2) Loading and unloading of trucks and trailers prior the job starts and after job completion
3) Cleaning up job work area at the completion of each job
4) Complete any other assignments as directed by job foreman
5) Be able to lift up to 100 pounds when necessary
6) Comply with the company safety manual
Non-physical activities include but are not limited to:
1) Maintain and stay current on educational apprenticeship training
Duties and responsibilities of Apprentices are subject to change at the discretion of management.
