Job Description:

Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.

Develop your expertise: You clean windows and wash homes, knowing that you’re adding a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer, in turn giving them more free time and peace of mind. You’re making LA a more beautiful place. Over time, you gain a growing expertise in the services we offer.

Become a trusted professional: You keep your tools neat, clean, and well maintained so they’re handy and ready for use and safe. You are VERY detailed oriented. You’ll learn to use our software, understand job-scope, estimating, equipment, inventory, etc. because you’ll know that this keeps everyone informed – from the customer to the journeyman to the team back at the office. You’ll look forward to the day when you’re a trusted industry expert with your own apprentices.

Pathways to advancement: You will start as an Apprentice, next is Service Expert, after that you’ll strive to be a Lead Service Expert. Once a Lead Service Expert, you will be trained to manage your team. Next in line is an Area Supervisor, where you’ll manage multiple teams. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our Service Experts earn $20-$30 an hour plus tips, bonuses, incentives, and spiffs!

Job Requirements:

You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You don’t need experience to apply here but experience is a plus. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You eagerly complete your apprenticeship requirements and ask, “What’s next?” You’ll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to up-sell, and get an overview of our entire system and processes.

You’re able to work independently and love solving problems: No two homes are alike. You’re able to take charge of every situation and figure out how to get the job done.

You’re a people person: You love talking to people. You’re naturally friendly and kind, and you have no problem interacting with people, building relationships, and making people feel relaxed and at ease.

You’re ready to work: You have a driver’s license, a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job – such as NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS, balancing on a ladder, lifting 50 lbs., and hot summers.

You have leadership potential: A leader is someone that serves others. You prioritize taking care of others first before taking care of yourself.

You’re a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance and you understand that safety is paramount. You won’t work anywhere that is unsafe but you know that safety is a two-way street, so you won’t do anything unsafe either. You learn every aspect of the job. You look, speak, and dress like a professional. You keep your work area clean and orderly. You are focused and clear-headed. You don’t let mistakes slide by. You jump into difficult assignments. You complete work orders by the deadline. You are level-headed and optimistic. You handle money very carefully. You face up to other people’s upsets and problems. You produce more than expected.
