Fundaes Arcade - Opening November 2022!

Fundaes Arcade is a 7,000 square foot Ice Cream Parlor & Arcade.

The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a guest service oriented environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assist with supervising the Fundaes team during business hours including, revenue, safety, game operations, food & beverage operations, financial, guest services, inventory controls and merchandising.
• Assist with birthday party sales and operations.
• Assists in all aspects of team development, including hiring & onboarding, training, evaluations, counseling, terminations and developing coaching procedures with respect to upselling, promotions, and cash controls.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all food safety standards are met within the ice cream shop.
• Assist with maintenance of games and overall arcade.
• Works in arcade and ice cream shop as needed with team.
• Work closely with consistent communication with the manager and ownership team.
