Architectural Designer & 3-D Renderings- In House

We are searching for a person to work in-house to perform commercial office interior architectural renderings and office test fits for a Class-A real estate management and development company. The successful applicant will be detailed oriented, creative, have basic knowledge of commercial office design, use, and possess the passion and adaptability to grow with a fast-paced technology forward real estate owner/developer. This is a great opportunity for an architect/engineer/designer or technically minded individual to make the switch over to the ownership side of the industry.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create office test-fits based on prospective tenant programs
• Modeling and Rendering Responsibilities:
• Create 3D models from 2D Floor Plans
• Generate renderings of the 3D models using software’s such as Revit, Enscape, 3ds Max, Adobe Suite
• Ability to edit, add and model 3D objects as necessary to complete the design per specifications
• Edit/add maps and textures to achieve desired results
• Create and add direct and ambient lighting
• Create camera views per best practices
• Create VR environments, office walk-throughs, 3D panoramas, Oculus compatible
• Export rendered views to Photoshop for further enhancement
• Render floor plans

• Production of commercial office leasing exhibits
• Submit interim files to the client for approval per schedule.
• Collaborate with Leasing and marketing team’s throughout creative process
• Support the Marketing department in the production Leasing or Marketing center collateral as needed
• Support development team as needed for test fits and 3d tours.

• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in commercial office design and construction

Experience & Technical Requirement:

• Minimum 7 to 10 Years’ experience with Interior and Exterior Architectural Design and Rendering
• Computer skills and working knowledge of the following software: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Blue Beam Revu
• An extensive design portfolio for review
• Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping
• Knowledge of Building Code relative to test fits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
