Job description
A Regional Surgery Center Administrator is needed for a well-respect ASC Management Company in the Phoenix, AZ market. The Regional ASC Administrator will use their experience leading multi-specialty surgery centers to lead four surgery center locations. The busy surgery centers and outpatient endoscopy centers are strategically located on or near the campus of referring medical centers.The Surgery Center Regional Director will report to the Vice President of ASC Operations and Clinical Services. Four Surgery Center Administrators will report to the Regional Administrator. An experienced RN with a CASC would be an ideal candidate. Moreover, a tenured surgery center administrator with an MBA would be strongly considered. Familiarity with AAAHC, CMS and The Joint Commission will ensure a smooth transition into this role.
The Regional Surgery Center Administrator will drive performance metrics such as surgical case volumes, quality performance, EBITA, cost savings and revenue. The ASC Regional Admin may fill in for local Administrators as needed during job vacancies or extended time off.
